5 mini suites for long term rent in a prestigious building located in a very central and strategic position in town. The flat is full of light, refurbished, with soundproof windows at the 3rd floor in a building with elevator.

Mini suites are decorated with the colors of the local underground lines that give names to the rooms. Each one is fully furnished for the needs of young workers in smart working or for university students that want to take the advantage of a wide private space in the city centre. Equipment includes 1 wide bed, 1 desk with study chair, 1 wardrobe and a lounge table with 2 sofa chairs for private relaxing moments (chairs in the picture will be replaced by 2 sofa chairs).

Air conditioning with remote control is available in the hot season and heating with private regulation is at disposal for the winter. High-speed internet connection is available with both cable and WiFi connection.

In the flat guests can find a fully equipped kitchen, a 16sq metres lounge and eating area, 2 bathrooms to share, and a common wardrobe.

Rooms are available from 01/09/2021, they have different dimension and 2 have a balcony that will be refurbished within 01/09/2021; therefore prices are different.

In the wide courtyard there is space for bicycles parking.
